Hello future furever family! I am almost 7 months old now ... Despite the fact I am deaf; I am a very typical boxer puppy with lots of energy, playfulness and love! My foster parents say I'm a smart boy because I'm learning sign language ..I already know signs for Sit, shake, lay down, eat/food, outside, potty, no, down, and come. I am still working on some other signs as well as leash training, just imagine how many signs I will know by time I'm an adult! I am bell trained to let you know when I have to go outside to potty, but sometimes I am having so much fun playing that I forget. I live with other boxers and LOVE to wrestle with them. I also live with kitties and leave them alone,...for the most part...sometimes if my boxer siblings won't play I will try convincing a kitty to play! Aside from being a high energy puppy I love to snuggle with my humans on the couch and am very affectionate. Do you like kisses? I have a lot to hand out. I haven't found a person or animal I haven't wanted to be best friends with. Another of my favorite past times is sitting outside watching the neighborhood go by...If you like hanging out on the porch I would be a great companion for you! My ideal home is going to have another dog for me to play with as well as a fenced yard for my safety. On top of that, my forever family needs to be committed to continued training and teaching me sign language. Like any boxer puppy I am still learning and need structure and love. Don't let my deafness scare you away, my parents say they don't notice much different between me and a hearing puppy. Until we meet... Love Crosby. Crosby here. I am a fantastic 4 month old puppy. I am deaf so I need a special home willing to work with me teaching me sign language and you have to have a fenced yard too (for my safety). I'm living with boxers now and a couple cats. I'm enjoying life just like every puppy should! My foster parents are starting to teach me sign language, mommy says I'm smart because I'm already starting to catch on. I like to wrestle with my foster boxers but I really love to snuggle on the couch with my humans. They turn on a colorful box they call TV, I'm so mystified with it, I just stare and try to figure out what is going on. I even watched videos on sign language with my foster mommy on the smaller colorful box, I think she said it was a laptop. I enjoy chewing on bones (and people, but my parents keep telling me that's not allowed)! I'm catching on to kennel training pretty well, I voice my opinion for a few minutes but then settle down.
