Gretta is currently being fostered in Mitchell, SD. Hi! I'm a fantastic 4 yr old female who is housetrained, crate trained who recently landed into rescue at no fault of my own. . My family loved me but ended up moving to housing that did not allow me , my dog buddy and my two feline friends. Yeah, I know it's rare that cats and dogs mix. I also adore children and my people. I am currently living with two other boxers, two chihuahuas, and two cats. I am nice to all of them and REALLY love to play ball. If you will throw it I will love you forever! I get really into playing ball and don't pay attention to what's going on around me. My foster family is careful about where they throw the ball so I don't hurt by feet on the deck and patio. I enjoy having the freedom of a fenced backyard where I can run and play without those pesky leashes. I do know when to settle down and sleep and will sleep through the night with no problem. I absolutely adore kids, however, with my high energy level I may need a home with kids older than 3 because I might accidently knock little ones over without meaning to. I really love kids of all ages though. I would also do best with a quieter lifestyle, I'm very protective of my family and have a hard time accepting new people into my space. My foster mom is very careful with how she introduces new people to my home and I do well with it. I would not do well with a lot of new people coming and going all the time. I like the routine that my foster mom has for introducing me to new people. My foster family says I'm just the sweetest thing and will make a family very lucky! My adoption donation is $ 300.
