Herc is currently fostered in Grand Forks, ND. Update from my foster home: Hercules (Herc) has been in our foster home for only five days, and he pretty much seems like the perfect dog. He adjusted almost immediately, and it only took him 2 days to figure out a new sleeping and eating routine. His favorite activities so far include snuggling, getting pet, and gently chewing on squeaky toys. His funniest quirk is that he'll walk around all the time with a ball or little plush toy and just sit with it in his mouth like a binky. He sprints to his kennel when you say "kennel up" and is a fast learner. Herc would do well in any home with another doggie friend to bond with. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Hi! Herc here. My sister Meg and I are two classic fawn kidos (born 8/09) and are from the same litter. They were originally in rescue about 3 years ago when they were adopted together. Their family has had a change in circumstances and is no longer able to keep them. The love walks and absolutely love to run out in the country on the dirt roads for exercise, especially in the winter. They lived with a cat for the past 3 years and did just fine. They are great with kids and currently live with an 8 month old. They are used to lots of kids being around. They know many commands and respect us when eating. They are easily trained and catch on quick. Both are very healthy. Herc's adoption donation is $300, please see our website for the services our donation covers.
